Take a bite of Paradis-e

While walking around the Union Square area, we ran into a very familiar small bakery named Paradis. Hungry as usual... we stepped inside. The shop is small with a country farm fresh feeling. It has very limited seating, however, the amazing food makes up for it. While the pre-made sandwiches are good and looked quite appetizing, we were there for one reason, the cookies. We have had the amazing chocolate chip cookies from Paradis a numerous amount of times, yet we still find ourselves ducking in whenever we can. The cookie is thick and has a brownie like texture. It is soft, chewy and filled with sweetness. At $2 they are affordable and the friendly atmosphere is very stress relieving. We recommend that you drop in and experience true paradise.
